Diana Cruz

Paralegal

Driven by a passion for justice, storytelling, and advocacy, Diana is a proud first-generation Mexican-American and graduate of Montclair State University, where she earned a B.A. in Psychology and Justice Studies. With a strong foundation in understanding human behavior and systemic structures, she is currently on the path toward law school to further amplify her impact in the legal field—especially within immigrant communities.
Her professional experience includes an internship with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), where she gained hands-on insight into regulatory frameworks and legal processes, as well as impactful work at a non-profit organization focused on immigration rights. These experiences have deepened her commitment to equity, access, and uplifting marginalized voices.
She is bilingual in English and Spanish. Outside of work, she’s creative at heart—she loves writing, dancing, discovering new music, and getting lost in books. Whether it’s through law or the arts, she believes in the power of storytelling to spark change and build community.
